We get it

Torn ligament. A thousand questions.

  • When will I be able to run?
  • Am I doing this exercise right?
  • Am I getting better, or going nowhere?
  • What do I show my doctor at my check-up?

Rehab is long, and often lonely. The ACL Guide (Ön Çapraz Bağ Rehberi) is with you every day: it shows you what to do and keeps track of how far you've come.

All the way back to sport

Day one to the field. Every stop mapped.

For most people, getting back to sport takes around 9–12 months. It varies from person to person, and levels move on when you can do the work, not when the calendar says so. The whole road, in one guide: see which stop you're at, and look ahead to the next.

Not by the calendar

No counting days. You move up by what you can do.

Each level's goals sit on picture cards: full extension, walking without a limp, pain-free exercise… You tick off what you can do. The next level is something you talk through with your doctor and physio.

What's inside?

Your rehab. One app.

Video exercises

Every exercise, on video.

How to do it, tips, why it matters, what to watch for: it's all inside each exercise. Every video was filmed at OrtoSporLab. Programs for home or the gym, with a “Push it” option for the days you feel good.

Session log

Every session, logged.

Mark each session when you finish: easy, just right, or tough. See how the weeks are going in one chart, and how consistent you are on a calendar.

FAQ

Quick answers.

What is the ACL Guide (Ön Çapraz Bağ Rehberi)?

A Turkish-language app for people with an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. It shows you what to do at every stage, from before surgery to return to sport, with video exercises. You can log your progress and share it with your doctor or physiotherapist. Built by the OrtoSporLab team.

Who can use it?

Anyone heading into surgery, recovering from surgery, or going the non-surgical route. You pick your path when you first open the app; if your plan changes, you carry on from where you left off.

Does the app decide my level?

No. A few short questions point you to the level closest to your answers; you choose where to start. Moving up a level is something you discuss with your doctor and physiotherapist.

How do I show my progress to my doctor?

In the Share your progress section, pick what to show and send a link. The other person opens it without downloading the app, and can only view it. You can also save it as a PDF.

When does it launch, and is it free?

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, free to download. Free: the first level (the first stage on the non-surgical path), the "About the ACL" library, your weekly program, appointments and reminders, and the strength test. Premium unlocks: the prep phase, the next levels and stages, Test yourself and Share your progress. Get Premium as a monthly subscription or with a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices will be announced before launch.

Does the guide replace treatment?

No. The guide is for information and tracking; it doesn't diagnose or make decisions. Check with your doctor or physiotherapist before you start the exercises.
