What does an injury risk analysis do?
It measures and shows the things that can set you up for injury, like left–right differences and imbalances between muscle groups. You can then plan your training around the results with your coach.
Who is it for?
Amateur and professional athletes from football, basketball, volleyball, handball, running and other sports.
Who can I share my report with?
The report is yours. Share it with your coach, physiotherapist and doctor.
Do I need a re-test?
Repeating the same tests at regular intervals shows your progress. We'll set the interval with you, based on your goal.
